Multi-focus to allow company broader reach, stronger target of worldwide vertical markets

GenuOne, Inc. - September 12, 2006

DENVER (September 12) - OpSec Security, Inc. ("OpSec"), the global leader in anti-counterfeiting technologies, services and software, announced today that the company has appointed key industry leaders to oversee newly-created market facing groups.

Jeffrey Unger, the Founder and CEO of GenuOne, (acquired by OpSec in June of 2006) has been appointed President of Brand Protection, and Indra Paul, formerly President of Digimarc ID Systems, has been appointed President of the High Security and Government operations.

In these positions, Jeffrey Unger and Indra Paul will direct all sales, marketing, customer support, and product development for their respective groups.

"Moving from a single organization to these market-facing groups will further enhance our ability to focus on untapped, high-growth vertical markets. We have had tremendous success in these markets in the past, and have now achieved sufficient critical mass to allow us to create these market-facing organizations. We believe that Jeffrey and Indras experience will be extremely valuable to OpSec and its customers," said OpSec CEO Mark Turnage.
